Every job starts with a brief from the client - however detailed or vague this brief is, we are confident of providing a design solution which meets your requirements & matches your vision.

We will create a detailed quote, along with a free preview of our design - giving our clients a personal web page where they can view previews, give feedback, upload files & make secure payments.

We accept payments via PayPal, Google Checkout, cheque or cash for local clients.

We do not ask for payments until the client is completely satisfied with our work.

Intellectual Property

The client will not hold ModRed Designs responsible for any infringement of copyright relating to text contained within designs. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that no copyright infringement will occur in the use of their company name. Refunds will not be made in cases of such copyright infringement.

We always do our best to ensure that our designs are original and do not infringe upon any existing trademarked design. Should this unlikely event occur then the limit of our liability is the price of the package, i.e. the client will be offered a full refund.

ModRed Designs reserves the right to reproduce any of its artwork for promotional purposes.

Responsibility

ModRed Designs shall not in any circumstances be liable to the Buyer for any indirect or consequential losses or any loss of profits purported to have been suffered by the Buyer.

ModRed Designs shall not be liable for any failure in the performance of any of its obligations under the agreement caused by factors outside its control.

Every job is different - in relation to the amount of work needed, the size of the task & the clarity of the brief. Once we have all of the details for the clients requirements, we can give a detailed, competitive quotation - including the total costs for the entire job including design, printing, VAT & delivery.

Our print artwork is 100% guaranteed to be correct & ready for print - being pre-flight checked with industry standard software. We can not take responsability for the customers text / content provided.

We outsource most printing jobs using only tried & tested printing companies with the appropriate equipment & accreditation. This is why we can guarantee the best quotes for each specific job.

Our web design customers will get a preview / test website so they will see what they are getting before making any commitments. This ensures we only have 100% satisfied customers.

We will advise customers on the most suitable hosts / web hosting packages - but can not take responsibility for any future hosting issues.

All of our websites are optimised for search engines - however, we can not guarantee future SERPS positioning.
