We provide free PDF previews of the calendar design before asking for payment, so you can see exactly what you are getting before making the commitment.

Bulk orders only – printing in bulk drastically reduces the cost of each individual calendar. The more you order, the less the printing costs are & the bigger your mark-up is!

Calendar Design Templates

Every calendar design is completely bespoke, but we have a choice of templates if you wish to use them. All we need are 12 or 13 photographs (Optional image for the front cover, plus 12 month pages) – plus your logo, if you have one.

Wall Calendar Template

The standard A3, A4 & A5 wall calendars come with 13 or 14 pages (single sided) – front cover (optional inside / rear cover) & 12 month pages.

The calendars can be printed in 170gsm or 250gsm gloss / silk paper – wire bound with white, black or silver wire / spiral binding (plus hanger).

All calendars are custom designed – if you need more space for images, or more space for advertising – just give us your instructions on how to design your calendar & we will send a free PDF preview.

Skinny / Slimline Wall Calendar Template

Our standard skinny wall calendars / slimline calendars (148mm x 420mm) come with 13 or 14 pages (single sided) – front cover & optional inside cover – plus 12 month pages.

The front cover is printed in 200gsm silk art paper – the inside pages on 150gsm silk art paper – wire bound with white, black or silver wire / spiral binding (plus hanger).

Desk Calendar Template

Our standard desk calendars (297mm x 105mm) come with 13 pages (single sided) – front cover & 12 month pages, with a cardboard tri-fold backing.

The calendars are printed in 170gsm gloss or silk paper – wire bound with white, black or silver wire / spiral binding.

Wall Planners / Year Planners

We also design & print wall planners / poster calendars; available on A3, A2 or A1 prints. Please ask for a range of paper & finishing options.
