Fire Safety Direct are a well established company based in Swansea with decades of experience and a wide range of corporate customers, but they had never focused on their website. They approached me after deciding that they needed a good website to display their range of services in a professional manner.

The Web Design

They previously had a simple Wix website that had very limited information and confusing navigation, making it difficult to actually find their range of services. I re-designed the website using WordPress, utilising a quite simple website layout to effectively present their range of services.

To convey the range of services they offer, I sourced a professional image for each range of services, creating visual buttons that instantly convey to the visitor what service they are clicking on. I also refined their logo, creating a suitable logo for web design use, along with a circular icon that can be used for social media profiles.

Search Engine Optimisation

Their previous Wix website was not set up well for SEO, with confusing navigation and no regard to page titles. I completely revamped the SEO to guarantee a better position on search engines. Simply by creating a good navigation system and creating well-written pages for each service. And of course, as with all of my website designs, it was tested thoroughly on all devices to ensure it is responsive / mobile friendly.
