Ts & Cs

How We Work

Every job starts with a brief from the client – however detailed or vague this brief is, we are confident of providing a professional design solution which meets your requirements & matches your vision.

We will provide a detailed, accurate quote before commencing any design work. Where possible, we will provide free design previews of our work before asking for payment – to avoid any dissatisfaction or disputes.

We accept payments via PayPal / credit card, BACS, cheque or cash for local clients. We do not ask for payments until the client is completely satisfied with our work.
