I was asked to draw a cute dinosaur – specifically a Diplodocus. Using a few circles & ovals, it is fairly easy to create the general shape. But to produce the shape as a tattoo stencil requires a little modification.
The eyes are always the hardest thing to convey. As a stencil, small details are very often lost – so every detail must be exaggerated.
Then, every sharp corner must be curved – so the vinyl cutting machine has a smooth line to follow.
