LA EXO Website Design

LA EXO is a new range of Exosomes products which is being launched in the UK, which required a responsive e-commerce web design to promote and sell the products. The website is firstly an information website, illustrating the technical details of the products. It also has a blog, to generate more content for SEO. It will also have a Clinic Finder system to list all UK stockists of the LA EXO products.

The Web Design

I wanted to make the website design quite fresh and simple / minimalistic, using a simple navigation and a logical progression through the website using big bold buttons. For the series of products and before / after images, I used an image slider to maximise the screen width for all browsers and devices. I also created a series of icons to punctuate important areas of information, to instantly convey the general purpose of the info.

E-commerce System

The products will only be available to qualified clinicians, so the e-commerce shop needed to be hidden from the front-end. But there is a working shop in the background which is invitation only. The e-commerce web design was created in the usual way, but I used META robots to hide the shop & products from search engines, so they are not found by random people.

Website Support & SEO

This is one of my main clients for whom I manage multiple websites and marketing accounts. There is a plan in place to get the website towards the top of all search engines quite quickly, when the products are available to purchase. I will also continue to update the blog, and generate content for social media, to onwardly promote the website via paid platforms and free avenues.
