Brochure design for a large Welsh housing association, to provide travel information for a new housing development. The brochure design involved a mixture of illustration and print production techniques to provide print quality PDFs, one version for emailing to customers, and another version for printing.
Professional Print Design
Obviously the brochure had to follow the brand guidelines provided by the client, using the correct colours and fonts throughout. And all imagery used in the brochure was vector based illustration, meaning the file size of the end product will be as low as possible, without losing any resolution or quality when printed.
Custom Map Illustration
The purpose of the brochure design was to provide travel information for the specific location, with a page dedicated to train travel, local bus stations, nearby places of interest and shopping areas. I created a simple map of the area, with a key to identify points of interest, ensuring the map was of high enough quality for printing.
Series of Brochures
This specific brochure was for a certain housing development. A number of other brochures were prepared for different locations, and for different housing companies within their umbrella of brands, obviously changing the colours and fonts throughout each brochure to reflect each brand.
