New business logo & web design for a local letting solutions service provider. They approached me to design their logo and website, initially with a few ideas of the styling and website layout. We worked together to create a nice, clean, modern logo & website which effectively presents their services, and is easy to use for their customers.

The Logo Design
The client had identified an existing logo that would be suitable for their business, using a house icon with bold colours. We recreated the icon, slightly tweaking it, and used a bolder orange / black & white colour scheme.
The logo was then supplied in various formats for digital & print usage. We also created a square icon image, using only the house illustration, which could be used for social media profiles.
The Web Design
They provided me with a couple of links to existing websites, one of which was a previous web design project on my portfolio, which they hoped to emulate. So it was easy for me to visualise exactly what they wanted from their web design.
It is a simple WordPress website, with the standard business service pages, a home page and a simple contact page. Before launching the website, I suggested that they make use of the WordPress blogging system, to generate a few articles, which would greatly improve SEO. If these things are in place when Google sees the website for the first time, it gives you a much better chance of being ranked highly, straight away.
Future support
As with all web design projects, I keep an eye on their Google rankings for a number of months after launching, to make sure they are ranked accordingly, and advise them on how to improve their SEO. And of course I’m always available for any technical issues that may arise… if any!
